Daffy Apple Petite Caramel Apples are produced from late August until early December. Local customers in the Denver Metro Area may contact us to discuss order pick-up starting in August. We also produce a limited number of Daffy Apple Petite Caramel Apples in April each year, which is the perfect time to try a Petite Caramel Apple Sample Pack before ordering a larger quantity for a fall event!

Q&A Tuesday: Does Daffy Apple Traditional Dipping Caramel need to be heated?

Yes, both our Traditional Dipping Caramel and Red Candy Caramel must be heated to 180 degrees to become the right consistency to properly stick to apples.  Our 20 ounce and 6.5 pound tubs are microwave safe, so they are super easy to heat up in the microwave.  For further info on how to use our caramel apple dipping caramels, check out the Heating Instructions page on our website and our How to Make a Caramel Apple video on Youtube!

Q&A Tuesday: How far in advance do I need to place an order?

For Petite Caramel Apple orders, we suggest you place your order 3-4 weeks in advance, however if you wish to place an order earlier than that, you are more than welcome to do so. More information about when Petite Caramel Apples are available and when to order them for an event can be found on the Petite Caramel Apple Ordering Deadlines page on our website.

For Bulk Caramel orders, we suggest you place your order 2 weeks in advance. We usually need at least 5-7 business days to process and ship all orders. We make all of our caramel from scratch, though, so if we do not have it in stock, it may take a couple of extra days for us to make it, which is why we suggest orders be placed 2 weeks in advance.

For Caramel Apple Supply orders, we suggest you place your order 2 weeks in advance. We usually need at least 5-7 business days to process and ship all orders. We keep caramel apple sticks, cellophane bags, and all other toppings and supplies in stock, but by ordering 2 weeks in advance, you will be sure to have everything you need in time for your event!
